📦 What do I need to do before collection?

Just make sure:

Everything is packed, labelled clearly and ready
Items are easy to access
If you’re not going to be present at the time of collection, please leave your items securely packaged in a safe, accessible location (such as your room, reception, or a designated safe area) and clearly labelled with your name so our team can collect them without issue.

⏳ How long is storage for?

Our student packages are designed to cover the summer period (3 months) between term dates.
